The Birkenstock Mayari black oiled leather is a sturdy and robust leather sandal. It has a bohemian look with two straps that are crossed near the toe. The strap above the instep is adjustable to perfectly fit the sandal to the foot. The straps are made of an excellent quality leather. The leather seems alive and it looks like it has a lot of tiny scratches. The sandal already has that vintage look when it comes out of the box. The more outside influences, the more the leather looks alive. The Birkenstock Mayari also has the anatomically shaped cork foot bed with suede top layer, so that even on warm summer days this sandal feels comfortable.
